As this JDE Business Analyst, you will collaborate with clients to develop processes and system solutions that fit the companys high quality. You will:
Act as the liaison between customers and the technology and support teams that serve them.
Extract requirements from interviews, surveys, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and workflow evaluation.
Translate needs into JDE Sales, Distribution, & Inventory modules that function flawlessly.
Contribute to the development and delivery of quality processes and the full technical vision.
Take ownership of review sessions and share your findings with all pertinent team members.
