On-Call Receptionist

This position is an on-call position that would cover vacation and sick time of the three full time employees at two different locations. The person hired for this position would not be guaranteed any amount of hours. Pay for this position is $9.00 per hour. Notice for work will vary, depending on the amount of notice we receive from the employee. CATA is looking to hire three people that will be put on a list and contacted in order when needed, with the first person hired having the best opportunity for work. Hours will vary from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Basic Job Duties
o Answer telephone and direct call to correct department
o Answer basic customer questions
o Great customers that enter facility
o Other basic clerical duties may be requested
Requirements
o Good customer service skills
o Clear speaking voice
o Professional appearance
o Basic telephone use knowledgeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
