-Job Duties-
Analyze business and operation, and identify problems and opportunities. Devise most efficient methods to improve an organization's structure, efficiency, and profits. Analyze current record management program, and suggest improvements for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and ensure compliance with the new record management procedure. Be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing and training of personnel, as well as for evaluating work performance to recommend personnel actions such as promotions and dismissals. Prepare analysis report to management, and recommend for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Monitor and evaluate newly implemented system and procedure. Modify new systems and procedures if necessary to achieve the desired result.
