The job duties of the position include: Create manufacturing equipment and processes for advanced Torque Converter technology, specifically as applied to China applications; work with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle; work closely with Design Engineering, Quality and Production to take torque converter design changes and new torque converter designs from initial concept through prototype development and into full production; oversee the installation of new capital equipment and determine the layout within time and budgetary constraints; collaborate with small teams on in-house development of complex manufacturing equipment; manage external equipment suppliers from equipment development through buyoff; validate and characterize new equipment and tooling for introduction to the production floor; optimize the production process in the areas of assembly and welding to exceed quantity and quality goals and reduce cost; create detailed Manufacturing Instructions to define new processes and document new equipment operation; train technicians and line operators on manufacturing processes; perform process analysis, PFMEA, line balancing and capacity modeling.
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a manufacturing, mechanical, control, simulation or process engineer; plus demonstrated experience in the following: AutoCAD; project management with new product, PFMEA and process development; introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment; working in a lean manufacturing environment; and the ability to work hands on in a shop floor environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
