Responsibilities:
The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Assist in supervising the activities in the service department.
Perform as many hours of revenue generating work as directed by the Service Advisor.
Ensure the quality of the repair work and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Make final inspection on all work leaving the service department.
Support the decisions of supervision/management of BMC and show support for these decisions to all associates.
Participate in and suggest positive change and improvement.
Identify service opportunities and communicate them to the Service Advisor.
Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Provide input for evaluating service employees and staff work performance.
Display themselves as a positive role model
Qualifications:
Individuals applying for this position should have:
Two year degree or certificate from college and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in working on product lines that we represent.
Good communication skills.
Ability to make sound judgments.
Ability to make decisions independently
Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good computer skills.
Ability to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
