The position is responsible for the integration, improvement and execution of program management standard work including improvements in earned value management systems (EVMS). This includes, but is not limited, to improving the tools to execute military engine compliance programs including EVMS and Integrated Master scheduling. This individual will oversee the integration, coordination and discipline management across the disciplines of program management, finance / EVMS, IMS scheduling and control account managers (CAMS). The position will also be responsible for driving the execution of RRCA and corrective action plans as required, associated with the P&W earned value management systems. This position will be a high visibility position with our DCMA customer, and the F-35 / F135 Joint Program Office.
The key responsibilities include:
- Chairing EVMS Steering Committee
- Improving program management standard work
- Delivering on Corrective Action Plans for our EVMS system
- Primary interface with the national, regional and local DCMA
- Overseeing development of the following:
- Standard Work
- Training
- Tools development and maintenance
- System Surveillance (Self Audit)
- P&W EVMS system description documentation
Ideal Candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated successful leadership of complex military programs
- Eight to Ten Years of Project/Program Management Experience
- Control Account Management experience
- Working knowledge of earned value management systems
- Working knowledge of integrated master scheduling in Primavera or similar tool
- Program Management CertificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
