Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin just 90 miles from Minneapolis, RLWS offers big city careers in a small town atmosphere.The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Engineer is to construct part numbers, bills of materials, routings, sub-assemblies, and other engineering documentation for new product developments and in support of continuous improvement for existing products. Works with multiple departments to create, complete and implement ECOs. The selected person will also work on cross-functional work teams to develop prototype production runs, review/write product specifications and train department supervisors and employees on new product manufacturing.
Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Engineer will create new part numbers, bills of materials, and routings for new product developments.
The Manufacturing Engineer works as a member of a team maintaining self-directed work in order to obtain the highest level of customer service, quality and efficiency.
The Manufacturing Engineer actively assist in areas such as trouble shooting, process improvement, cost reductions, cost containment and value added issues plant wide.
The Manufacturing Engineer will be involved with all aspects of increasing production efficiencies and improving standard cost.
The Manufacturing Engineer will process assigned ECO''s, investigate proposed changes, determine change feasibility, coordinate approvals, update drawings, adjust BOM''s and routings and ensures that all are completed accurately and on time.
The Manufacturing Engineer position includes general operations, set-up procedures, tooling, fixturing, work orders and other projects as assigned.
The Manufacturing Engineer will assist with process improvement, cost reductions, cost containment and value added issues plant wide either as an individual contributor or within a team. Includes providing specifications or other technical data as required, identifying problem areas, developing and applying corrective actions.
Experience, Requirements & Skills:
Qualified applicants must have aBachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Qualified applicants must have and three (3) or more years of experience in high-volume electrical production environment.
Qualified applicants must have Lean Manufacturing tools/techniques and CAD experience.
Qualified applicants must have will need outstanding personal computing skills including Excel, Word, Project; mainframe experience with M2K would be helpful.
Qualified applicants must have strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Qualified applicants must havegood verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
