JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible fo r the upkeep of data by filing and preparing various reports as well as working with internal departments by providing support and performing a variety of secretarial duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITI ES:
Other duties may be assigned either directly or indirectly. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:
Process and prepare various reports as needed. Perform various functions to ensure timely and accurate record filing.
Respond to and provide information to authorized internal departments.
Enter data in various computer programs and forms.
Answer phone and open mail.
Perform various other support functions as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must:
Have a hig h school diploma or equivalent.
Have 2 years of college or equivalent business/office experience preferred.
Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, and famili ar with general computer software skills.
Have excellent organization and documentation skills.
Be able to meet deadlines.
Have satisfactory written and verbal com munication skills.
Be able to work independently.
