We are looking for determined, ambitious agents with an entrepreneurial mentality. Our marketing department has put us well above the competition when it comes to closing and agent morale. We provide qualified and reliable leads. Simply put, if you are willing to put in the work then your pay will reflect it.
Here's how it works:
We do the dirty work for you. We have clients, interested in mortgage protection and life products, send in response mail, call in to request an agent or sign up on our website.
- These leads are exclusive to us!
1. The agent(you) sets appointments with the client to sit and discuss their future and how they plan to protect their families.
2. Write a policy on the client that makes them feel satisfied that they are protected and within their budget.
3. The insurer deposits your commission.
Each policy closed normally pays around $500 per policy on an entry level contract. There is promotion options available to those who are willing to put in effort. Your contract will start at a %55 commission level and can max out at %110.
Get paid for what you are worth:
- There's always room for promotion, it all depends on how much of an effort you are willing to make.
- As you produce you receive a bigger BITE per policy.
- My top guys are making around 25-30k a month as full time agents.
- My Average guys are making around 7k-11k a month as part time agents.
- My bottom guys are making around 1k-3k a month as supplemental income.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Driven to hit high performance standards and grow with our company
- Have a Life License or be willing to obtain
- Experience in sales/ marketing a plus, but not required
- Must be teachable, willing to follow a proven system
