Responsibilities
Responsible for lab management
Perform system administration tasks including software and hardware installation, configuration and network administration for the equipment in the lab
Work with vendors to provide technical support to engineering team
Assist procurement process

years experience of lab administration
Knowledgeable of storage technology, such as SAN, NAS, Disk Array, Cluster and Volume Manager
Knowledgeable of popular hardware, such as Dell, IBM, and HP servers, Brocade switch, Qlogic, Emulex HBA
Familiar with at least one flavor of UNIX/Linux operating system, such as RedHat, SUSE, AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris
Hands on Experience in setting up SNMP, SMTP, LDAP & Proxy servers.
Skills
Proficiency in all versions of VMware ESX/ESXi operating systems and vSphere system
Familiar with TCP/IP network management, such as Cisco switch management
Knowledge of distributed system is a plus
Experience of lab management in large-scale (100
servers) is a plus
Programming skill in one of shell/perl/python is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Continually looking for ways to improve
Sets a very high bar in terms of quality
Excellent working in a collaborative team environment
Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervisionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
