I.T. Audit - Sr. Manager

This role is a contract-to-hire position within either the Federal Government or State and Local governments through a well known and reputable Management Consulting Firm.
Federal IT audit experience required
Big 4 experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
o Oversee engagements with an emphasis on quality standards and timely completion
o Interface with the client and understand a client's business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately win additional service opportunities
o Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and lead client presentations
o Ensure that all work products are complete, accurate and conform to defined standards
o Lead proposals and business development calls
o Representing the Firm at business and community functions in order to maintain current, acquire new and expand existing client relationships
o Participate in the hiring and terminating of team members as well as planning staffing levels and implementing new Firm initiatives
o Supervise, coach and develop Managers and staff
Qualifications
o Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the following capabilities: Auditing and/or Financial Reporting, FISCAM assessment and/or IT Audit
o Experience with Internal Control Testing
o Experience with FISCAM, DIACAP, FISMA, A-127, FFMIA, NIST SP 800-53
o Knowledge of OMB A-123 documentation, testing, and reporting requirements
o Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience in supervising a project team
o Extensive knowledge of IT controls and best practices
o Extensive knowledge of industry trends & security issues in applications/systems, client/servers and IT Processes
o Advanced understanding in one or more of the following areas: Operating System Security, Database Security, Network Security, Encryption, and Software Asset Management
o Eligible to receive a U.S. Federal Government Security Clearance
o Ability to travel
