the position
We are searching for innovative and dynamic Engineers (various types and levels) to plan, coordinate and implement production procedures and improvements in manufacturing processes in conjunction with production leadership, engineering staff and project teams. These engineers will introduce efficient production methods, support LEAN manufacturing and initiate and direct procedures to increase throughput and productivity. The ideal candidate is a degreed engineer with strong engineering fundamentals, a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing engineering and a desire to work in a fast-paced, empowered culture.

education and experience
A bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required
Must be able to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, be detail orientated, have change implementation skills, as well as excellent written, listening, and oral communication skills.
Must be action oriented with demonstrated customer focus and problem solving skills and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software, including MS Project.
Must be able to work well under pressure, be assertive but respectful, have a strong work ethic, good planning and organizing skills, sound judgment, a continuous improvement mindset, attention to detail, excellent time and document management skills and the drive to complete and follow-through for completeness. Must be organized and must be able to work on multiple projects with a minimum of supervision and meet established timelines.
