Our consultants work in partnership with IT and business organizations to analyze and optimize business processes across the entire enterprise. We work with clients in many industries, including financial services and insurance, manufacturing, trade and distribution, and healthcare. Additionally, we help clients with both end-to-end enterprise processes as well as within key functional areas, such as IT, finance, sales/marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain. NTT DATA weaves people, process, and technology into all its advisory services, and leads with understanding overall corporate and/or organizational vision and goals.
NTT DATA's Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice includes focus areas such as:
CRM Process assessment
CRM Process design
Strategy and road mapping
Process management

Job Description
This individual will be a key member of our team delivering CRM Process Analysis and Optimization solutions for our clients. We expect this individual to provide specific functional expertise and experience with a CRM focus. Representative process areas include Opportunity to Cash, Lead and Opportunity Management, Service Management and Customer Support. Typical projects range in length from 4 weeks to 6 months (or longer). While we employ a regional delivery approach, client travel is inevitable.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will participate the following types of engagements:
Enterprise process assessments
CRM Solution Implementation
CRM Process optimization for improved efficiency, quality, and/or role versatility
Business analysis in support of CRM process optimization, including:
Business process analysis design and optimization
Customer Relationship Management architecture
CRM Solution Design and Implementation
CRM Solution Management and Support
The successful candidate will also be expected to leverage and deliver projects using our current methodologies for process optimization, solution selection and implementation and support pre-sales efforts. Our expanding methodologies are based on common industry practices and methodologies, such as six-sigma, ITIL, CMMI, lean processes, and the APQC Process Clarification Framework (PCF). Successful candidates will be exposed to and trained in leading Cloud CRM solutions such as and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The qualified candidate must have:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
