Description
As part of the Timberland PRO leadership team, create the long-range Go To Market strategy for Timberland PRO in partnership with Product Creation to compete in the apparel category. Develop and execute the sales plan to meet the targeted financial objectives including revenue and profit margins. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

years of progressive sales and sales management experience; industrial workwear category preferred.
Bachelor's degree required in Business or a related field.
Skills:
Proven ability to create and implement sales and business planning strategy
Significant knowledge of competitive marketplace and existing relationships with key accounts
Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis
Excellent process management skills, written communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities
Determine strategic launch partners and drive pre-sell and sell-in efforts including sales programs, promotional plans, and customer assortments. Establish relationships with key strategic accounts to be approached in the launch of PRO Apparel, aligned with PRO footwear distribution and selling activities.
Analyze the competitive environment, research opportunities for new business, analyze product sales performance and evaluate current and future distribution opportunities.
Partner with Director of Product Creation on merchandising opportunities for launch and long term growth (door opportunities, number of items, bundles). Provide sales feedback and guidance on pricing, competition, retail performance and product relevance in the marketplace.
Develop and implement short, mid and long term strategies, sales structure and resources to drive execution of the brand's long range plan. Recruit, lead and develop over time the sales force to deliver on financial goals for PRO Apparel.
Partner with the Director of Business Planning and Sales Operations to drive forecast. Participate in the S&OP process with Supply and Demand teams to optimize service levels. Provide accurate and detailed seasonal forecasts, seasonal style/color forecasts and participate in the long range planning process.
Develop and manage departmental sales budget and establish SOP's to align with overall financial targets.
Collaborate with Director Marketing on GTM plans to support sell-in and sell-through efforts in-store and OOH and to develop comprehensive retail programs to support key retailers and product initiatives.
Attend trade show events as well as other customer and consumer intersections (i.e. market travel, grassroots events, industry conventions, etc.) to establish PRO's leadership in the Apparel category.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
