OPPORTUNITY:
JD Edwards Opportunity - Knowledge of World A9.2 is required. Selected resource will provide Analysis and Roadmap of the client's existing JD Edwards Application Suite and these specific modules: AR, AP, GL, FA
The account is a very standard, primarily back-office Financials, Distribution and Sales organization with some Manufacturing. They have branch locations that are responsible for 90% of their sales and include both wholesale over the counter sales and B2B sales. There are no special or complex functionalities. The ideal candidates in all functional areas should be able to recognize business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards functionality, and also recognize process improvement opportunities. Good communication skills, verbal and written, will be important as this road mapping exercise is actually an effort to promote the JDE E1 solution. All scope must be complete by end of June.
The account is currently running World A9.2 for Corporate GL, AP and AR. Also one small division is running World for Mfg, Proc, Inv and Financials. But all other business units and functions are legacy apps and manual processes. The objective is to point out benefits and advantages of E1 vs. World.
Work in Beloit WI, with some remote work.
