The primary responsibility of the Materials Data Master Analyst is to manage the entry and maintenance of SAP master data. This role will own & coordinate the process to ensure all non-Operations areas are timely in providing their respective updates.

Education/
Experience:
Years of Related Professional
Experience: 5+.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Skills:
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft office).
Strong data entry skills (familiarity with AS/400 and/or SAP a plus).
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Professional communication
skills (written and oral).
Strong partnering and influencing skills and the ability to thrive in a cross functional team environment.
Self-directed, flexible and able to work independently and initiate own tasks with input/guidance from manager.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, edit, research all master data needed in Riversand from line plans, including FOB costs.
Run audit reports for new season set up, utilizing new season check list to verify sales-org/delivering plants, tax data, PS-material status, MFG unit, procurement type, delivery programs, MSRP, UPC codes, and costing master data against Line List and Master Sku lists.
Run SAP queries to support Buy Calendar Process Steps to ensure flawless execution of monthly buy cycle. Updating plants & planning routings, ATP settings, size percent.
Run Seasonal Recap reports for carry forward delivery program assignments, inventory class codes, and MSRP review.
Responsible for providing regional teams with requested UPC codes to support various system requirements.
Accountable for master data set up of irregular styles and providing UPC information to Distribution Center and Sourcing & Vendors.
Partner & build strong working relationships with critical business partners, planners, distribution center, Sourcing Teams, Greensboro systems support team.
Work with Greensboro system support team on master data system initiatives, providing feedback and analysis on process/procedure issues, needs, and opportunities.
Provide training, development, and guidance to Master Data Team as needed.
Responsible for running Ad-hoc reports relating to master data set-up.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
