The Senior Global Manager - Product Management, Global Central Office/Data Center Fiber Product Segment is responsible for the management and performance of several products grouped as a product segment related to the Central Office and Data Center Market, including the definition, direction, profit, loss, and market share goals of several product lines over its projected lifecycle including , product extentions, adjacent products, and end of life decisions. Responsible for new product introductions by exploring, validating, and initiating new businesses. Creates, drives and has responsibility for the execution of a global product roadmap for the assigned product lines and for communicating the global strategy and product plans to the regional product management teams as well as providing product plans and product performance information to customers, corporate personnel, and other corporate stakeholders. Exercises judgement within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining product segment results.
Product Management of assigned product family to include execution of strategy plan.
Coordination of product development to meet customer and market needs, using external and internal resources
Asset and Financial Management to include; profit and loss throughout the life cycle, inventory management, and demand forecasting
Communication with internal and external groups on a monthly , quarterly, and annually basis related to product line changes and development plans
Qualification:

years in a product manager role with Hardware and Software product experience
Proven track record of successful product lunches and management of product roadmap
Ability to work in a fast pasted environment to management multiple product lines within a product family
Excellent communication skills demonstrated through monthly business reviews to be presented both verbally and written
Education:
4-year Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
