Bulk Plant Operator
Pay: $16.50/hr
Hours: Rotating shifts, overtime available, nights, days, weekends, holidays
We are a primary staffing provider for one of the leading Oil and Gas service companies across the USA. We are currently looking for Bulk Plant Operators. This is not your everyday job--this is a career!
Hours will vary working 12-14 hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Company benefits package includes: paid holidays, vacation, medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and stock options. You can expect to work 50-100 hours weekly.
The Bulk Plant Operator operates the district bulk plant facilities so that the prepared products and bulk materials can be delivered to well sites, while maintaining excellent
quality control and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Duties:
Assist in the monthly inventory count and ensure all paperwork is completed
properly on a daily basis for goods received and goods shipped.
Blend and mix all bulk products for delivery to the well site on time and as per the programmed design.
Check and/or calculates quantities of material blends required prior to loading.
Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all
health, safety and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts.
Coordinate the bulk products movement to and from the district with the FSMs and Logistics.
Ensure all additives are properly labeled and stored in a safe manner and that
all empty drums and pails are disposed of in the proper manner.
Follow company quality assurance procedures to insure proper loading.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district.
Perform a daily check of bulk plant equipment and maintain all equipment while also ensuring bulk plant is kept clean. Strive for service quality and SQM implementation.
Select company service equipment as needed to load a job.
Wear PPE at all times and observe health, safety and environmental policies.
Job Requirements
Able to lift 50-80 lbs repetitively
Able to work outdoors and in shop in inclement weather conditions
Mechanically inclined
Commitment

High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver''s license
