Envisage Information Systems is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. If you have experience in the retirement industry as a Business Analyst, we want to meet you! As a Business Analyst, you will gather requirements and analyze them in light of systems' functionality and capability. You will interface with internal and external customers to determine feasibility, negotiate solutions and produce high quality project deliverables.
Analyze aspects of a client's operations to formulate requirements that will translate to technical specifications and finally system programming that improves performance and profitability of the client's related function.
Review existing processes, determine business processes and workflow.
Lead meetings with customer and conduct interviews with users to elicit and clarify requirements.
Document and communicate process, procedure, findings and analysis.
Produce detailed functional designs for business users, development, and QA.
Estimate level of effort for Business Analysis activity and provide input to Project Management.
Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle and work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met.
Assist in managing customer expectations, including negotiating on priorities and solution alternatives.
In depth retirement industry knowledge and experience or 5 . years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development organization.
Bachelor's Degree; experience could be considered in lieu of degree.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; must be dynamic, articulate, positive and engaging.
Self-starter; able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
