o Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
o Manage food and labor costs
o Execute company policies and procedures
o Monitor inventory levels
o Provide proper training of team members
o Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
o Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
o Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager
