Summary: Working from general procedures and instructions, will execute transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for performing department processes and data input if required
Essential Functions:
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects as required.
Audit standardized operating procedures regularly.
Effectively interact/communicate with the management team.
Participate in startup activities with cross functional team, continuous improvement action. Ensure all employees are PIT certified and their record keeping maintained.
Maintain safety and OSHA manuals and training.
Utilize the WMS systems according to site specific recommendations.
Scope and Accountability:
Completes moderately complex tasks following well-defined procedures; may involve a variety of work routines. Applies a range of experience and/or skills. Selects the appropriate alternatives from a variety of defined options. May provide on-the-job training to new team members. Participate in Lean warehousing system on the floor.
Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge: HS Diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
Skills:
o Excellent computer skills.
o Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
o Excellent knowledge of WMS systems.
o Experience in Lean Operational Practices are a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years professional experience.

Work Environment:
The duties of this job are performed in both an office environment and a light industrial environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and industrial equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
