This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award
Perform classroom instruction and maintain instructor certification (in accordance with Army and Cyber Leader College (CLC) instructor certification & evaluation criteria) for various IA Division (IAD) courses. Shall serve as assistant or primary instructor with a combined team of US Military, US government civilian, and contractors for related IAD courses.
Provide students with evaluation sheets, administer and enforce test control standards, and conduct testing in subjects taught, to include grading exams, evaluating results, recording exam results, and administering student critiques for courses. Perform curriculum development, including developing new performance-based and criterion-based tests for controlled and sensitive materials.
Follow the tenets outlined in the Army Instructional System Development (ISD), which defines the processes and procedures to develop and implement courseware and materials used in all IAD Courses.
Develop, research, provide and maintain new and existing IAD courseware.
Review the current Programs of Instruction (POI) and Lesson Plan (LP) quarterly together with other pertinent documents, i.e. student handouts, slides, practical exercises, in order to revise, create, or update the documentation and curriculum to reflect current or emerging course needs.
Travel: 25% CONUS and OCONUS
Required Certifications:
DoDD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 baseline certification requirements
CompTIA Security
and CompTIA Network
or higher level certification
Certifications in one of the following IAW DoDD 8570.01-M:
Computer Network Defense Analyst (CND-A)
Computer Network Defense Infrastructure Support (CND-IS)
Computer Network Defense Incident Responder (CND-IR) or Computer Network Defense Auditor (CND-AU) or higher level certification
Obtain and maintain valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience instructing IA courses and/or worked directly in the career field during three (3) of the preceding five (5) years.
Education/
Experience:
TRADOC Instructor Qualified - Instructor Training Course or Army Basic Instructor Course (ITC/ABIC) preferred however equivalent commercial or other service certifications will be accepted.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
