Description:
This position works within the Marketing Financial Services organization accounting for fuel sales from Phillips 66 Fee Operated sites.
Responsibilities may include:
Analyzing, balancing and reporting Fuel Sales, Deliveries and Inventory
Analyzing, reconciling and reporting credit card receipts
Determining, validating with Fee Op home office and processing daily bank account drafts
Participate in business improvement teams to identify and implement best practices
Respond to inquiries and ad hoc request from management, customers and regulatory agencies
Support internal control and SOX 404 requirements
Perform month end close activities for Fee Operated sites
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred:
1
years' experience in Accounting or Finance role
Public Accounting or Energy Industry Experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong planning and organizing skills
Outstanding attention to details with the ability to deliver accurate results
Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
Self-Motivated, Self-Starter
Strong system skills (Excel, SAP, Business Warehouse, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
