Job Description: The Health and Life Sciences group is an interdisciplinary team of business, user-experience and technology healthcare experts chartered to incubate experience-driven health and life solutions that grow Intel''s revenue. The Health Innovation Software Applications Developer provides a key function to this team by rapidly prototyping product and solution concepts. Using a user-experience methodology this interdisciplinary team collaborates across Intel and with health domain experts (hospitals, clinics, gov''t entities, industry, etc.), to improve healthcare with technology, to generate requirements for novel Intel technology solutions, and to express those requirements in prototypes. Key areas of focus include lifestyle and wellness, and clinical healthcare usages.
## Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field plus:
5
years in applications programming in: Android, iOS, .Net and n-tiered architectures
5
years of experience working with Windows Modern UI, CSS, and/or Javascript
5
years in applications that connect with multiple devices/interfaces (e.g. sensors/bluetooth, etc.)
5
years successfully working in rapid prototyping teams
Additional
Qualifications:
Knowledge in security technologies and/or healthcare related technology protocols (e.g. HIPPA, Continua, HL7)
Knowledge of UI paradigms for a variety of form factors (mobile, tablet, PC, Web)
Experience with wireframes
Expertise in developing healthcare related concepts, prototypes, or products is an added advantage.
Expertise in developing fitness and lifestyle concepts, prototypes, or products is an added advantage.
Expectation is the competitive candidate will have a compelling portfolio for review as part of the interviewing process.
