In this role, you will cultivate new relationships and maintain strong associations with small business clients. You will be responsible for driving sales results for your branch's small business segment, while providing onsite superior services and subject matter expertise to your clientele.
Responsibilities: - Manage the branch's current book of business, as well as seek new business customers with annual sales of $2mm - Develop and maintain valuable partnerships with Branch Manager, Relationship Banker and other lines of business. - Deliver on sales volumes and revenue targets as agreed with Branch Business Area Manager - Monitor competitor activities and programs, and identify product, marketing and other opportunities to share with Branch Business Area Manager - Ensure desired business customer experience in branch, including personally opening accounts for business customers - Act as small business expert within the branch, including training of Relationship Bankers as needed - Leverage appointments and referrals to work with business customers primarily in the branch and actively cross-sell products - Actively update business profile as well as business owner''s personal profile using needs-based selling - Schedule and conduct appointments with warm prospects - Review current business customer base with Branch Manager and develop plans to meet customers - Accountable for the execution of risk management/compliance protocols in the sales process - Attend monthly check in meetings with the Branch Manager, District Manager, Business Banker or Private Banker to review partnership and discuss servicing, referrals and pending prospects
Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience - 2 years of experience in banking - 3 years of sales management experience
