Our Centers of Excellence include Behavioral Medicine Services, Cancer Care, Cardiology Services, Emergency Center, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services, Surgical Services and Women''s Health Services and our state-of-the-art Webber Cancer Center.
Department Description
Includes OR , Pre-Surgical Screening, Pre-Op, PACU, Phase II Recovery and Extended Stay.
11 OR''s and a Urology Room
All services including Open-heart
24-hour services in house
Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, ensures individualized patient care is provided utilizing the nursing process which includes assessing the patient, identifying patient problems or potential problems, developing and implementing a nursing plan of care, and evaluating care of assigned patients. Strives for Clinical Excellence by utilizing established pathways and protocols in an effort to achieve Clinical Excellence. It is the responsibility of the registered nurse to provide coordination of all patient care activities.
Required
Current Michigan RN licensure
Must have at least 1 or more years RN Hospital experience
Preferred
Bachelors degree
must have ICU or PACU exp as an RN
ACLS and BLS required.
