The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide project-based and administrative support for the Recruitment team.
The intern will also learn the C&S; Recruitment process and developing and growing their skills in the following areas:

Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting, scheduling interviews, candidate testing, making candidate travel arrangements, and entering information into the Applicant Tracking System.
Working through the Talent Acquisition system, conduct follow up actions to reject or move forward candidates in the hiring process.
Assist in maintaining interview notes, hiring process steps and other pertinent information around the hiring process of candidates.
Recruiting Coordination and Reporting
Sourcing of candidates, hiring manager interaction, and candidate management
Analyzes, generates and maintains records and other reference material necessary for departmental use
Performs administrative functions on Talent Acquisition team with supervision
Creates process documentation and basic metric reports
Additional ad-hoc projects
Currently enrolled in a relevant accredited college program
Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects
Outstanding organization and attention to detail
Ability to work well with others and represent C&S; and C&S; Charities professionally
Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Minimum 3.0 GPA

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
