#### What You Will Be Doing
Designs, maintains and administers enterprise Backup & Recovery platform, including disk-based backup, virtual machines and replication to secondary datacenter.
Assists Help Desk on escalated tickets pertaining to servers, Network, Printers, Exchange, and Wireless Access, as well as any other issues that may arise.
Performs all compliance duties pertaining to other job functions including quarterly server maintenance, server validations and change control.
Responds to and resolves server, environmental (cooling and power) and application outages in a timely manner.
Deploys new virtual servers and applications based on specs given by business owners and IT Management
Trains end users and other IT Staff on new or existing applications and solutions.
#### What You Need for this Position
Prior experience creating procedural documents, such as installation guides required.
Prior experience following standard operating procedures and/or installation scripts
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot a variety of issues
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Working Knowledge of hypervisor technologies (VMWare or Hyper-V.)
At least two years of experience using Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
