My client is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Charlotte, NC office. The Business Development Manager will work in the compliance, risk management & legal services industry. This is a full-time permanent position that will start immediately. The Business Development Manager will be paid a base salary with a great commission structure depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Sources and identifies new prospects and referrals by networking and performing online and manual research
Maintain existing client relationships
Establishes, develops and maintains current clients and potential client relationships
Creates and prepares effective marketing communications, proposals, presentations, RFP responses and sales contracts
Works with procurement teams to establish working corporate relationships including negotiating and executing service agreements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3
years of risk management, compliance or legal experience
2
years of managerial experience
Sales experience (services not products) is a plus
Building & maintaining client relationships is a MUST
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment that's ever changing
The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance, risk management, legal services with experience building and maintaining client relationships.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
