3-5 years experience in budgeting and accounting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Working knowledge of budgetary and financial accounting principles and practices including the ability to prepare, interpret and analyze financial statements.
Strong computer skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
Software implementation and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as superior writing skills.
Deadline oriented; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects.
