The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse is responsible for prescribing, delegating and evaluating the holistic nursing care rendered. Education / License / Certification:
Current licensed in state of Tennessee or compact state as Registered Nurse, in good standing.
Current BLS
Experience / Skills:
Prior experience in medical/surgical nursing or specialty area.
If new graduate, evidence of recent preceptorship and/or clinical in a hospital clinical setting within last year.
Analytical skills necessary to prepare patient plan of care, implement effective nursing care and develop solution to problems concerning patient''s mental and physical well-being.
Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to address issues.
Attention to detail and concentration.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
