Data Review Consultants (DRCs) are nurses responsible for performing quality control overread reviews of previously completed record reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall quality. Additionally, DRCs are responsible for completing remote, initial record reviews. DRCs must electronically download reviews, scan relevant documents, correct discrepancies, and upload completed reviews.
Coding Review Consultants (CRCs) are certified coders responsible for conducting chart reviews for purposes of identifying, confirming, and/or documenting appropriate medical coding per ICD-9-CM requirements. Additionally, CRCs are responsible for performing quality control overread reviews of previously completed record reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall quality. CRCs must electronically download reviews, scan relevant documents, correct discrepancies, and upload completed reviews.

Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Two years clinical experience; experience in performing chart abstractions;
Highly professional in ability to represent Inovalon and its clients;
Ability to manage and meet deadlines;
Professionally skilled in verbal and written communication and
Ability to pass all post-training testing and background checks.
Certified Coders
Medical Record Coder (CPC or comparable);
One year coding experience;
Highly professional in ability to represent Inovalon and its clients;
Ability to manage and meet deadlines;
Professionally skilled in verbal and written communication and
Ability to pass all post-training testing and background checks.
