Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting - TACOMA-SEATTLE
RAPID EXPANSION has created a need for an experienced leader to mentor and develop a team of data analysts executing complex data- related projects that are essential in to driving business decisions and efficiencies. Exceptional leadership in FINANCE and unlimited career potential in this organization ! Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and input of data related to all core business functions to include: provider data, clinical data, member data, and other data types. The manager will ensure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables, manage scheduled and adhoc reporting needs of the organization, execute and manage the completion of large reconciliation tasks. You will hold responsibility for the quality and completeness of data in core systems through the auditing of data.
Ideal candidate has a degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4
years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS exp highly desirable. Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience a plus. Knowledge of various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies. Advanced systems and software knowledge in MS Access and Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and data warehousing are very helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
