Manager, Finance - SEATTLE- TACOMA
Work closely with a very talented VP of Finance in this INNOVATIVE and growing health plan. The Manager will oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, including preparing monthly financial reports and various analytical reports. Your work is essential to effective forecasting and strategy development for the WA market; specifically you will develop and analyze complex financial and statistical reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services. Budget preparation and forecasting and analyzing financial results related to expectations are part of your responsibilities. You will manage the month end, quarter end, and year end closing process and oversee the completion of financial statements and supporting analysis. Strong analytics support will provide data you can use to prepare presentations and offer appropriate actions to senior management. The manager may oversee the capitation payments and premium billing process.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or equivalent, 3
years of accounting, financial analysis or finance related experience. Experience in health care or health insurance highly desired. CPA is a plus.
Job: Accounting & FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
