Client has an opening for a PTC Windchill PLM Developer.
Summary of Position
Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
Key Requirements
Provide PTC Windchill PLM Development to address documented business requirements in a FDA-regulated environment.
Utilize Java technologies including JSP, JPA,JMS, XML, Soap, JDBC, WebJects, etc. for Application Development
Demonstrate expertise in Windchill-specific technologies like JCA, Listeners, UI customization, InfoEngine,
Report Building (Business reporting using Cognos), indexing, publishing, cluster technologies, General Windchill PLM architecture, ESI, etc.
Responsible for timely project deliverables of multiple concurrent analysis and development projects, in accordance with project and development standards.
Strict adherence to code, promotion, testing and documentation standards are required
Collaborate in design and code reviews to ensure that solutions employ good development practices and promote the IT strategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and software developers at Corporate IT
Troubleshoot Windchill technical issues and develop timely solutions, providing excellent customer support and service.

yrs System Analysis, Development, Implementation, Support for Engineering, QA, Mfg - PTC Windchill infrastructure design, development and support.

yrs Application Development - client/server, Java, engineering applications. Understanding of the Windchill ESI integration with Oracle using TIBCO Business Works and Designer is a plus

yrs ProE/Windchill system administration (ProE/Windchill integration knowledge a big plus).
Development skills as well as Oracle DBA/SQL skills in support of Windchill enterprise system deployment cycles is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of 21CFR and change control.
Demonstrated knowledge of product data flow.
Demonstrated MS Office Suite skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
