Provides Functional and Technical leadership in the development and enhancement of the company's Global PeopleSoft HCM application and related bolt-on systems and interfaces. This role works to ensure global solutions support business strategies and improve business processes minimizing customizations.
Application experience specific to this position includes, but is not limited to, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and related Applications Versions 8.9/9.0
including Core HR, Employee and Manager Self Service, HR Portal, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll Interface, SSO, ePerformance and PeopleTools 8.45+.

Will lead multi-functional development activities; solve complex technical problems, write complex code for HR-related systems and serve as a senior development lead to other engineers of the PeopleSoft HR technical team. Will work with the PeopleSoft technical development teams (onshore and offshore), the PeopleSoft System Administration service, and the outsourced vendor resources who are responsible for PeopleSoft support.

Leads major technical project design, engineering and integration efforts or develops complex code
Consults with internal and vendor resources on design, code and test reviews

Maintains an understanding of current industry trends through attendance at vendor seminars/ training sessions.
Determines feasibility of customer requirements and designs solutions, builds and integrates the implementation by working with in house or vendor resources.
Recommends technical strategy and direction in area(s) of expertise.
Reviews vendor generated high level designs
Acts as a contact between the vendor engineering teams to communicate to vendors additional features or products needed
Able to communicate with customers (internal and external) on new system features enhancements.
Leads teams consisting of both employees and vendor resources in multiple locations and time zones.
Consults with stakeholders to find alternative workarounds during system outages
Consults with vendor engineering teams and provide technical guidance
Performs engineering cost/benefit analysis to verify potential effectiveness of new projects.
Participates in development and evolution of architecture
Requirements
Eight
years experience in all phases of system and/or product development
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering,or equivalent technical discipline.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with internal & vendor resources.
Mentors less experienced staff on all aspects of multiple system environments, software and system operations.
Sells ideas to functional top management to gain commitment for system enhancements.
Excellent communications skills to be able to communicate with customers (internal and external)
Communicates with authority figures and proactively influences and educates members of technical and managerial staff on technology issues.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations on projects of large and advanced complexityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
