CNC Lathe Machine Operator

Setup and machine components to manufacturing specifications and work instructions using CNC Lathes, Mills, and Manual Machines
Job Duties:
Setup and operate machines to manufacture parts per work instructions and specifications.
Obtain first piece inspection sign off when required.
Maintain Quality and Safety Requirements.
Maintain high ethical/quality standards in all assigned work and related documents.
Perform Basic Preventative Maintenance on Equipment or Tooling per Equipment Manufactures recommendations.
Responsible for maintaining area, such as cleaning, organization, and putting away tools.
Successful Candidates:
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Must have the ability to perform shop math, parts/assembly print reading, and precision instrument measuring.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
Vocational or Trade school preferred.
Minimum 2 year related experience.
Must possess the ability to interpret customer requirements from engineering drawings to determine acceptable parts and assemblies per quality standards.
Must have the ability to learn and perform computer input and processing functions of numerical controls.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
