Select Staffing has an immediate need for Quality Inspector in the Greeley area.
Job Description:
A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Quality Inspector with great attention to detail. The inspector is responsible for the inspection functions on a variety of product in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Essential Duties:
Unload and unpack product shipment as needed for inspection.
Performing visual inspections and testing on a variety of products; visually review optical lenses for minute debris and other possible defects.
Visually review overall quality of product, looking for scratches, dents, or other irregularities.
Test products using a variety of methods
Document inspection
Follow inspection procedures and document according to company standards.
Collaborate with team members as needed to determine if standards are met and resolve problems/questions quickly and effectively
Knowledge and Skills needed:
Basic math and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures and blue prints
Ability to visual perceive small details, repetitively
Ability to learn through written instruction, observation and hands on experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform repetitive motions and sit for long periods of time
Ability to use hand tools, power tools and air hoses.
Pay and
Benefits:
Pay= $12-$15
