Responsible for overseeing the creation, design, development and execution of womens footwear utilizing specialized knowledge of and experience in fashion design, fashion trends, fabrics, and visual concepts for the line building and design of fashionable womens footwear and accessories. Design new fashionable womens footwear and accessories products while considering various factors such as size, shape, color, materials, fit and market trends. Supervise all phases of the design process from conception to final design, and the product development and production process; researching and analyzing fashion trends worldwide. Communicate creative ideas on trends and predictions into actual designs and sketches and supervise and oversee the implementation of these unique concepts and design details development by subordinate designers including modifying necessary sketches and designs. Oversee product development and production at overseas factories and have final approval over production samples based upon designs. Direct the work of subordinate designers to develop and customize designs in relation to each style and fit. Communicate with suppliers around the world to source new materials and product components to improve profitability and reduce production costs. Supervise 2 employees in the performance of these duties.
Please note that this position requires approximately 50% of travel abroad in Europe and China.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
