Selected candidates will interact with students from all over the world, maintain course material, set-up student and instructor computer accounts, set-up/operate Video Teleconference equipment for distance learning, reserve rooms in support of synchronous learning events, and manage data input for extensive online databases.
Positions are available in Maryland, Georgia, Texas, Hawaii, and Colorado.
You must have a Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.

Experience:
Level I:
2 years of experience in a professional or academic environment.
2 years of experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.)
2 years documented experience in customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, and record keeping
2 years classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills and operating general office equipment
2 years internal and external customer relations; issue/problem resolution; presenting and promoting ideas and initiatives; process improvement; project management; data/information management, teaming, and time management.
Level 2:
1 year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment (classroom/live training)
4 years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and Power Point) and have basic application trouble-shooting skills.
4 years documented experience in customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, and record keeping 4 years classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills and operating general office equipment (i.e. copiers, fax machines)
4 years internal and external customer relations; issue/problem resolution; presenting and promoting ideas and initiatives; process improvement; project management; data/information management, teaming, and time management.
Level III:
6 months experience participating in an asynchronous learning environment (e-learning, online courses, CBT)
1 year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment (classroom/live training)
6 years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point) and have basic application trouble-shooting skills.
2 years of experience in the use of the web content management system (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint).
2 years of experience as an integral member of a support team plus two (2) years combined experience in any of the following; creating, reviewing, and editing documents; and working with databases.
1 year experience in writing styles (writing for different audiences, technical, non-technical, etc.)
1 year experience in organizational leadership, oral and written communication, and organizational representation.
4 years documented experience in customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, and record keeping
4 years classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills and operating general office equipment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
