Position
Summary:
Plays active role on management team, supervising retail and/or production, as needed. Assists manager in planning and training. At times may be only Supervisor in Charge of entire facility. Perform all management tasks in the absence of the manager. Supervise retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Responsible for assuring a high level of customer and donor service. Assure Easter Seals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly followed. Cross training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
Partner with job coaches to ensure Developmentally Disabled employees are properly trained and that client abilities are within retail and production guidelines. Effectively delegates duties according to customer or production flow and staff/client ability. Report client attendance data and payroll information in a timely and accurate manner. Complete wage evaluations and time studies for Department of Labor requirements. Complete client status reports to retail store manager and DD case managers in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accomodation within the facility and community
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job
Able to lift and carry 20-100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance
Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods
Able to go up and down steps
Tolerance of extreme changes in temperature and humidity
Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends or longer shifts if needed. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
Required Experience
Experience in retail and supervision desirable
Experience in supervision of developmentally disabled and other special needs adults desirable
Knowledge of merchandise and customer service desirable
Math skills with which to complete daily reports as necessary desirable
Must have a good driving record and valid driver''s license
Must pass a background check
