Employee must be able to operate all equipment within the area. Person will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to dies in the press shop. Person will perform daily die work to include repairs. Must be able to safely operate forklift as required to move dies in and out of the shop.
Tool and Die Journeyman Duties and Responsibilities
Must be able to masterfully read blue prints
Must be able to provide efficient planning skills
Must be able to communicate to employees on all levels to include supervisory personnel
Must provide logical decisions and performs well under pressure
Must have your own set of machinist tools
Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must have five years of experience working in or around a shop floorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
