Essential Functions: The RightThing is looking for individuals who consistently demonstrate excellent customer service, are able to work autonomously, have meticulous attention to detail, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications. Professional communication, organizational skills, effective collaboration and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are a must
Responsibilities may include: Recruiting Candidates Resume Rating & Mining Candidate/Client Interaction Candidate Screening using Behavioral Based Interviewing Database Updates/Management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recruiting experience Recruiting experience in IT or Financial Services sector Bachelor's degree required High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive Very strong oral and written communication skills High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment Exceptional quality of work Ability to handle high pressure situations in a professional & customer focused
