Position
Summary: We are seeking a HR Generalist to provide HR support for the Energy, Supply and Sustainability business within Schneider Electric. The HR Generalist will assist in providing support in different areas of the HR offer including on-boarding new employees, training, systems reporting and support, recruitment, pay and benefits issue resolution and wellness.Position MUST be located in our Louisville, KY offices, and no relocation is available. Position
Responsibilities:
o Assist with integration responsibilities as needed - reporting, preparation for employee meetings, new system training, tracking overall progress, etc.
o Assist with recruitment reporting, postings, candidate scheduling, and overall effort as needed
o Assist with recruitment job fairs and campus events; help manage communication with and tracking current and pipeline candidates
o Assist employees in getting resolution to benefits, system, pay and other HR issues
o Assist with HR Corporate Communication as needed
o Keep HRIS system data current and accurate and help managers and employees with transactions as needed
o Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations around the business and HR Offer
o Reporting - Keep needed internal records and provide requested external reports to people within Schneider Electric
o Assist with policy implementation - tracking employee participation in required initiatives as needed.
o Retention - conduct 90 day interviews with new employees; work with HR leader to identify trends and work with organizational leadership to address any current issues
o Provide basic system training and guidance as needed to employees and managers; direct to available resources
o Serve on wellness and events team as available and help plan events and activities to enhance culture
o Assist with immigration situations as needed (i.e., expat situations)
o Training - Assist with HR and business training initiatives as needed (i.e. coordinate internal training, preparation, delivery, etc.)
o Coordinate exit process for departing employees
o Assist with other duties as assigned
o High commitment to company vision and values
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
o Minimum 1-3 years related HR experience preferred
o Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
o Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
o Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
o Proficient in computer technology - especially Microsoft Office
o Service Minded - Provides excellent customer service internally and externally
o Works well on teams, within and outside of function
Nonessential skills and
Qualifications:
o Prior experience working for a large, heavily matrixed, publically held global company beneficial along with prior HR integration experience
o Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), especially Oracle, Taleo and PeopleSoft

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
