The Customer Service/Front Desk Associate sets the tone for our valued members and guests by exhibiting a sincerely friendly and professional demeanor at all times. He or she interacts, communicates, and maintains an excellent relationship with both members and staff, including management. The Customer Service/Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service and account administration to current members, creates and maintains and exceptional Judgment Free Zone (JFZ) atmosphere in the gym, sells memberships to non-members, and helps maintain the gym and all equipment in clean and good working order. In addition, he or she monitors the gym environment and operations on a daily basis and offers improvements when needed.
The ideal candidate for this position has good telephone and communication skills, is quick and accurate with numbers, can follow directions and work independently, and must have an upbeat attitude. World class customer service is required. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
