Business Applications Developer

Our Company has deployed SAP Business One as our enterprise foundation layer. This position will require the designing, creation, integration, interfacing and solutions for the leadership team using our existing toolset.
Responsibilities:
Experienced SQL and .Net Software Developer with at least 12 months designing and developing solutions using existing applications SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
Manage the software design process including requirement analysis, specifications, design, implementation, testing and related documentation.
Capable of interacting and effectively communicating with various levels of management including executive management to gain understanding of business needs and transform these requests to technical requirements.
Create the development project schedules, task and project completion time estimates, and manage the development team.
Develop, debug and support Windows desktop applications.
Develop or contribute to the product functional requirements for integrated PC platform based Smart Grid energy management solutions and their integration to 3rd party systems.
Develop software that communicates with intelligent embedded software devices.
Implement Software Development Best Practices, Code Reviews, & Root Cause Analysis.
Work with application engineers to resolve issues and communicate their resolutions to customers.
Work collaboratively with software and testing engineers to deliver reliable, mission critical software.
Demonstrate leadership through mentoring and working alongside the team on the code.
Desired Skills/
Experience:
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the design, coding, testing, verification, validation and support of software
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principals.
Motivate others and set goals.
Management skills, utilizing Six Sigma in conjunction with adhering to SDLC process.
3 years of experience in the design and development of real-time, mission critical software desktop, enterprise software.
3 years of experience being part of a Software Development team and project.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
SAP Business One Software as our enterprise foundation layer.
