QA Engineer - Break-Through Voice Recognition Technology

Our Mobile solutions make mobile devices and in-car systems easier to use, automate customer self-service, and optimize the access and discovery of even the most advanced mobile applications and content - regardless of technical know-how, location, environment, or physical and literacy capabilities.
We are looking for a QA engineer for a 6 month contract position that will likely turn into a long term contract position with a high probability of extension. This candidate will be required to assist in the planning, test development and execution.
Responsibilities
Design test plans, design and execute test cases
Develop test suites that address areas such as regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, and usability
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
Document test procedures to ensure reliability and compliance with standards
Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
Conduct historical analyses of test results
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership qualities - ownership, accountability, maturity
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight
Strong work ethic
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Good understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodology
Knowledge of the entire software development process
Good understanding of the fundamentals of web architectures

Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking) Knowledge of our medical product line Experience with Speech Recognition Software
