We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly driven Restaurant Assistant Manager, who is passionate about food and the hospitality industry.
Job Description:The Restaurant Assistant Manager would provide support to the Restaurant Manager during the daily operations, as well as, managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and would also assist in the interviewing, hiring, development, supervision and monitoring of all team members. He/she would perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies and would also communicate and adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, this person may complete other duties as assigned to advance a particular project or resolve a business issue.
Candidates should have:
A minimum of 2 years in a assistant restaurant management
A proven track record for driving business results through people
Previous experience managing P&L''s and day to day financials
Strong people oriented leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Drive and determination
Sound decision making and problem solving
Desire for personal and professional growth
