Liberty Mutual Individual Life is actively searching for an experienced Business Systems Analyst. In this role you will use your business and technical knowledge to participate in the re-engineering of business operations to improve business results. You will evaluate business issues and develop business requirements and model data and/or system requirements. You will analyze and document business problems, develop test plans, and test and approve new system behaviors. You will coordinate production upgrades and rollouts of moderate scope.

Responsibilities:
Provides production support of 60 Individual Life applications, batch jobs and feeds.
Analyzes and documents business problems, develops solutions. Triages and remediates system outage or issue incidents.
Coordinates production upgrades and rollouts of changes and projects.
Develops and executes business-testing strategies. Test execution may occasionally occur after hours or on weekends based on the deployment schedule.
Evaluates business requirements, and models data and/or system requirements.
Re-engineers business operations to improve business results and operational effectiveness.
May lead projects or sub-projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business or technical discipline and 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
Understanding of application support and application development processes, including all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Strong written and verbal communication is required.
General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
Experience with web content management is a plus
