Our newest branch is growing even faster than expected and we are looking for experienced Service Technicians to join our team to cover the Fox Valley, WI territory!!
Responsibilities
o Troubleshoot & repair CANON, SHARP, LEXMARK, HP and KYOCERA equipment
o Attend manufactures training schools as required
o Travel to various customer locations within assigned territory
o Complete necessary paperwork: Mileage, Time records, Parts used, Problems solved, Service history report
o Generate leads for the sales force
oPrevious copier/printer experience preferred
oHigh degree of electromechanical skills preferred
oVerifiable strong work ethic
oReliable transportation
oCustomer service expertise
oEffective communication skills
oAbility to work independently
oLogical troubleshooting skills
oAbility to lift 75 lbs
oAssociates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience
oNetworking knowledge and training a plus
oAbility to pass pre-employment drug test and physical
